Awaken Your Space™ is looking for entrepreneurial minded individuals, eager to earn money. We are seeking enthusiastic self-motivated individuals who want to sell advertising slots through our website AwakenYourSpace.com™. Awaken Your Space™ is passionate about creating an online source for both consumers and business owners searching for Interior Designers/Decorators, Professional Organizers and Feng Shui Consultants. Awaken Your Space™ connects these professionals to home owners and business owners that are ready and willing to create a space of balance and harmony. Advertising is bundled in six different mediums for different budgets through radio, design ideas portal, featured professionals, case studies portal, video sharing, portfolio slide-show, social media outreach such as; Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, posting of events, article submissions, personal URL within Awaken Your Space™ including search engine optimization, featured in newsletters, opportunity to feature products or authors, banner advertising, and much more.

We’re looking for someone who can:
  • Research and identify prospective businesses and clients to advertise on AwakenYourSpace.com, utilizing the internet, magazines and publication, online yellow pages, chamber of commerce lists, social media sites, personal contacts and referrals, or any other means available.
  • Call/email/network businesses to introduce AwakenYourSpace.com and its opportunities. Types of Businesses you will be connecting with are: Interior Design/Decorators, Professional Organizers / Space Planners, Feng Shui Consultants, companies with resources in these fields, including green sustainable furniture or products for the home or office.
  • Secure online appointments to demonstrate AwakenYourSpace.com, present advertising plans and other products or services.
  • Follow up and maintain contact with businesses that you have contacted and/or leads provided to you by Awaken Your Space™, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Help develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, and calling on business owners, email, and social networking.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales call, presentations, closed sales, and follow up activities, including the use of AwakenYourSpace.com email account records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge that allows effective presentation of AwakenYourSpace.com.

We need someone who:

Job Specifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent – required
  • 1-3 years previous sales, business, or phone sale experience
  • Interest or experience in interior design, space planning, organizing, and/or Feng Shui are a plus to be successful in this role.
  • Excellent follow-through and time management skills
  • A Willingness to generate and Follow up on Leads
  • Assist with the demonstration of products and discussion of advertising options
  • Demonstrate ability to be a strategic thinker, innovative planner, and how you use creativity to build relationships, network, and like resources.
  • Self-driven, working effectively within a team or on your own as an independent contractor
